Ever since Julian’s time in climate friendly architecture, the “New Yorker” magazine’s cover from May 19, 2014 serves as his role model for a future society. At SYSTEMIQ, he finds the perfect nurturing environment for anchoring these ideas in our society.
In the past, he put his background in (chemical and energy) engineering and technology management to work in electric mobility research and IoT-startups. As a freelance consultant he worked on Open Innovation and digitization topics across various industries. At SYSTEMIQ, he wants to make sure that the upcoming disruptions contribute to a new, sustainable growth story. Putting Circular Economy on Germany’s agenda is the first step for this goal.
Apart from that, you would usually find him in the mornings running around Munich’s parks and rivers, wondering when he’s going to take the leap and surf the famous Eisbach wave. Alternatively he’s putting his drumming background to work in learning how to play the piano.
