Paving the Way: EU Policy Action for Automotive Circularity

The European Green Deal and COVID-19 recovery funds offer a window of opportunity for policymakers and industry players to act, and put the automotive industry on a transition pathway to a Paris-aligned, circular future.

The Circular Cars Initiative Policy Report proposes principles, an action framework, and measures for EU policy making to support automotive circularity. It is based on extensive research and outreach to dozens of recognized industry and policy experts in the field and endorsed by the EU commission, with foreword by EU Commissioner for Transport Adina Valean.
