Since 2023, the Support Task Force to New Brazil – Ecological Transformation Plan, led by the AYA Institute and Systemiq, has been working to identify practical action strategies to support the Ministry of Finance and the development of a new economy in Brazil.

In 2025, the Task Force focused its efforts on accelerating Brazil’s ecological transformation from three strategic fronts: integrating Brazil into global sustainable trade, developing skills and jobs for the new economy, and mobilizing climate finance.

In partnership with Cedeplar – UFMG, the Task Force also developed throughout the year the Ecological Transformation Panel, a groundbreaking tool that reveals where the activities, products, and formal jobs with the greatest potential for insertion into strategic and low-carbon production chains are located.
