Building a career with impact
For your internship, you’ll join a world-class team on a systems change project with real impact based on high-quality research and analysis.
You’ll learn about advising corporate clients and understanding the lifecycle of a project. But just as importantly, we also work with senior leaders from governments, NGOs, and other organisations.
We aim to show you what a future career at SYSTEMIQ could be like, and at the end of your internship, there may be potential for a permanent role. We hope the experience will inspire you to become a systems change leader.
How we support your development
Your Development Manager will be your guide in the business. They will provide caring and honest support for your personal and professional development and help you thrive at SYSTEMIQ.
You will join at the same time as other interns and have regular opportunities to meet, share experiences and support each other. Each group is also assigned a ‘buddy’ – one of our Associates who joined SYSTEMIQ as an intern.
You will have access to the SYSTEMIQ Academy, our learning and development platform. You will be part of a project team with colleagues from around the company as you learn problem-solving methods in Consulting 101 or sharpen your technical skills as a project manager. Join us for webinars and hear from an eclectic range of guest speakers.
What are the options?
Internships
Our internships are available in our London, Amsterdam, Munich, Paris, Jakarta, and São Paulo offices with project partners around the world.
Whichever office you join, you will be part of a friendly, diverse, and international team.
Master’s Students
For those who have recently graduated or are in their penultimate year of their Master’s degree, we offer three-month internship placements in January, July and October.
Working Students
In Germany and Amsterdam we take on working students for 12 months. They work with us part-time while they study. We hire these roles as the need arises throughout the year.
